Twitter erupts as Kohli wins his first toss against Eoin Morgan
Indian skipper Virat Kohli has plenty of memorable records to boast about but one record that he would like to improve on is calling the coin right. In the India-England series, Kohli won two and lost as many as 10 tosses. Interestingly, Kohli had a 7-0 record against Eoin Morgan thus when the RCB skipper won the toss against KKR in today’s IPL game, it invited a meme fest on Twitter.

Talking about the match, the RCB skipper had no hesitation in batting first. The Chennai track hasn’t been the best in the second inning. It seems to get slower as the match progresses. RCB were jolted by early blows as Varun Chakravarthy left them reeling at 9-2 in 2 overs. Kohli was dismissed for 5 while Rajat Patidar departed for 1. However, Glenn Maxwell looked in complete command and is batting on 64 off 41 balls at the time of writing. He stitched a 86 run stand for the third wicket with Devdutt Padikkal (25 off 28). RCB are 112-3 at in 13.5 overs and with set Maxwell at the crease, they are looking good to set a total around 180. RCB has won both their previous games while KKR suffered a loss against Mumbai Indians in their last game.
